Since 2010, we have seen the challenges of using data science and AI in practice – across all industries, from small companies to big corporations. This is a special wealth of experience. To ensure that the transformation succeeds at all organizational levels, we cooperate with management and organizational developer Matthias Seitz. He has been gathering his experience and know-how as a consultant for over 25 years in many transformation projects in a wide variety of industries, for example at Allianz SE, Boehringer Ingelheim and Telefonica Deutschland.
