Chat exports made easy

Chats can now be exported as PDF or Docx files for offline use or sharing with others.

 

Improvements to the user interface

The chat history and chat settings can now be collapsed. This makes Guinan clearer and allows you to focus even more on the current topic.

 

You decide which data is used

In the new version, you can use a switch to determine whether Guinan should reply to you using “own data” (own data sets), from the “Internet” or “Both” (both) as sources.

 

How detailed should Guinan respond?

The renamed “Divergence” slider (formerly Diversity slider) controls the variety of sources and data used to generate answers. The higher the divergence, the broader and richer the perspectives in the answers.

 

Single sign-on with Azure AD with SAML

Administration users of an organization can now connect to the Microsoft Azure Active Directory so that users can log in with single sign-on with one click.

 

Tagging function for all data sources such as documents, websites and Notes

We have extended the tags to all data sources. Now all documents from all data sources can be described with tags, so that knowledge on topics can be structured even better and across all sources.

Improving model performance

The entire process from reading and processing the source files to outputting the answers now offers a wide range of optimization options. We will continue to make changes here in order to offer better performance.

Choice of model in the chat

We now offer a choice between two models in the chat. The guinan-genesis-de model has better performance for German-language dialogs.

File size for upload increased to 25 MB

Introduction of the chat history

Stay in the flow! Inputs and outputs are now saved across sessions. Different chat windows can now also be opened – allowing different goals to be achieved on the same data.

Improved references in the chat

We value transparency and traceability. That’s why the sources referred to in the chat responses are now displayed directly. This makes it easier for you to understand where the information comes from. You can access this function by activating the preview functions in the settings.
